Woodland Baby Mobile

I recently made a baby mobile for my friend Karina.
She is due in one month! Her baby shower was this last Saturday, and it had a "woodland" theme.
A good gender neutral theme, as she doesn't know what she's having.

I had seen her pin of a similar baby mobile on her baby board a while back and thought I would attempt that. My sister, the painter, of course painted a woodland scene. And my mom crocheted a blanket and a little bear hood. Good thing people like homemade gifts!

All of the little critters I made were ones that were on the shower invite.

I gave my husband the mission of finding the hallowed out log piece...and he seriously found the most perfect one! It even had moss growing on the sides... and he sanded and sealed it up for me. :)

Mom had to teach me how to sew for this project... She is the champion crafter.

After I made the mobile I decided to check out her registry, and this crib sheet was the very first thing. The fox matched quite well!

And here is the overly adorable painting my sister did.

I am so in love with their little faces!

Karina, baby, and me!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Blessings,
Olivia
